Welcome to the "CPE" Cybersecurity Practitioners Event 2025! We’re excited to host a dynamic and engaging event where cybersecurity professionals can connect, learn, and grow together. To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all attendees, we ask that you review and adhere to the following event policy.
Professional Conduct
This event is a professional gathering of industry practitioners. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment. We expect you to comply and:

Be Respectful: Treat everyone with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background, experience level, or perspectives.

Engage Constructively: Participate in discussions and activities with an open mind, and avoid disruptive or combative behavior.

Protect Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of other attendees and refrain from sharing personal or sensitive information without consent.
Zero Tolerance Policy
The following behaviors, activities, or actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances:
Unlawful Conduct

Violations of local, state, or federal laws, including theft, harassment, or any form of physical violence.
Harassment and Discrimination

Any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal or physical abuse, unwelcome sexual advances, or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
Unethical or Questionable Behavior

Activities that could be considered unethical or fraudulent, including misrepresentation of professional credentials, unauthorized solicitation, or dissemination of false or misleading information.

Sharing or discussing sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information without authorization.
Disruptive or Unsafe Actions

Behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of others, including but not limited to intoxication, misuse of event facilities, or tampering with event equipment.
Consequences for Violations
Violation of this policy may result in the following actions, at the sole discretion of event organizers:

Immediate Removal: Attendees found in violation may be asked to leave the event venue immediately.

Termination of Registration: Your registration may be revoked without the option for re-entry.

No Refunds: Attendees removed for misconduct will not be eligible for a refund of their registration fees.
In severe cases, event organizers may involve local law enforcement or take legal action as appropriate.
Reporting an Incident
If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately to event staff.

All reports will be treated seriously and handled with discretion.
Agreement to Policy
By registering for and attending the "CPE" Cybersecurity Practitioners Event 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this event policy.
